Event Collaboration: World-class sporting events ignite commercial value!
This edition of the Food2China Expo proudly introduces two internationally recognized competitions, transforming "technical competition" into a "order catalyst":
6th International City Cup World Bread Competition – China National Finals
The 6th International City Cup World Bread Competition China National Finals: This global event is jointly hosted by Richemont Club and Sigep World Exhibition. Since its inception in 2016, it has rapidly become a premier competition in the global baking industry. The China National Pre-qualification Round is organized by Richemont International Baking Club (China), authorized by the global event organizers, with the champion representing China in the Italian Global Finals. This edition of the competition features 10 categories, including Chabatta bread, sourdough, pizza, and toast, showcasing the pinnacle application of raw materials, equipment, and craftsmanship.

2026 ASIAN PASTRY YOUNG CHEFS CHALLENGE
The 4th ASIAN PASTRY YOUNG CHEFS CHALLENGE: The first national-level baking event in China officially certified by the World Association of Chefs (WACS), and also the only professional baking competition in the Greater Bay Area to receive official certification from WACS, focusing on the innovative forces of Asia's new generation. The competition features categories such as plate-based desserts, sculpting art, chocolate cakes, and chocolate candies, with 10 teams representing China, Macao, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, and other countries competing together, directly addressing the consumption trends and innovation directions of Generation Z.

Enhanced Exhibitioner Benefits
Exhibiting companies with high-quality products may apply to become official sponsor brands for the competition, gaining on-site endorsement from masters and champions, and reaching top bakers and procurement decision-makers across China! Buyers can enjoy a one-stop experience to observe the highest-level competitions, directly compare the performance of raw materials and equipment, and obtain professional reference points for their procurement decisions.
Supply Chain Integration
Sponsor enterprises will have priority access to the rights for contestants participating in the two major international events to use and showcase their brand products; simultaneously, the event organizers will prioritize matching these sponsorships with the sponsor's supply chain needs, thereby converting sponsorship fees directly into actual sales revenue and effectively enhancing the brand's market competitiveness.
High-energy stage, prime spot: The baking industry's must-attend annual event!
Currently, the baking industry is undergoing an accelerated transformation toward greater health-consciousness, frozen food focus, and chain-based expansion; enterprises no longer require ordinary exhibition booths, but rather a high-impact platform that combines industry credibility, strong buyer concentration, and cross-category traffic!
From September 10 to 12, 2026, at Area B of the Canton Fair Exhibition Center in Guangzhou, the Food2China Expo cordially invites baking professionals from around the world—letting competition serve as our benchmark, technology as our foundation, and distribution channels as our strength—to join together for a premier baking industry event that combines professional excellence with significant commercial value!
