2026 Low-GI Healthy Food Development Forum

To help enterprises break through bottlenecks in product R&D, process upgrading, compliant operation, and market promotion, the 2026 Low-GI Healthy Food Innovation Development Forum will be held concurrently with the exhibition. It is co-hosted by the Guangdong (China) Imported Food Association (GDIFA), Constellar-Worldex Exhibitions (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., Food Technology Alliance (FTA), Shiyan Class, Foodix, and Food & Beverage Online. The forum aims to build a high-end industry summit that integrates technical exchange, idea collision, and resource matchmaking. It brings together leading industry experts, university researchers, founders of top brands, senior technical professionals, and channel strategists on site.

Ru Wan Chu Hai · Guang Huo Xing Tian Xia — Yue Mu You Pin Beef Cattle Industry Exchange Conference

Held concurrently with Food2China Expo (Guangzhou) 2026, this event uses the "Yue Mu You Pin" public brand as a vehicle to focus on the dual channels of "Entering the Bay Area + Going Global" for the beef cattle industry. The domestic session will feature promotion and tasting matchmaking by producing areas such as Hulunbuir, Guyuan (Ningxia), Zhangye (Gansu), and Jilin Haoyue, facilitating the entry of high-quality domestic cattle sources into channels like hot pot, Western cuisine, supermarkets, and group catering in the Greater Bay Area. The international session will link with producing regions like Brazil and Australia, boosting the two-way flow of domestic and foreign beef trade.

Asian Pastry Young Chefs Challenge (APYC)

The Asian Pastry Young Chefs Challenge (APYC) is an international baking competition certified by Worldchefs. Focusing on three core elements—"Asia," "Youth," and "Baking"—the event aims to advance the development of the Asian youth baking industry, enhance the skills of young bakers, and ignite their innovative spirit. Concurrently, it promotes concepts such as understanding food sources, cherishing food, environmental protection, and food safety, thereby further celebrating and preserving baking culture. The challenge comprises a National Team Invitational (by invitation only), Category B: Pastry Art Individual Challenge, and Category C: Young Chefs Culinary Individual Challenge. Covering the full spectrum of desserts, chocolate, bread, and live cooking, it is open to all young bakers and culinary chefs. Featured Track: The National/Regional Team Invitational is open to professional delegations from various regions (entry is by invitation only, not open for individual registration).
